AME were appointed as lead Project Managers for the aquisition, fit out and relocation of the HTA to a new headquarters building.
- AME carried out a due diligence Building Survey for the property which was to be purchased.
- We also coordinated other surveys for building services, asbestos and environmental matters.
- Designers were interviewed before appointment to ensure the correct project team was assembled.
- AME prepared tender documents for the construction project, and then acted as the lead Project Manager.
- A cost plan was prepared and managed throughout the whole process to ensure value for money and adherence to the set budget.
- The building contract was managed with AME acting as the Employers Agent, agreeing designs, certifying costs and managing the programme.
