Tony Riley

Tony is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 27 years experience in the industry and is a Fellow of the RICS.

Previously, Tony worked for 12 years at Lambert Smith Hampton in London’s West End where he was South Region Director for Building Surveying. Tony has also worked in large corporate client side organisations, small businesses, and in the public sector.

He has a wide range of experience in refurbishments, dilapidations, strategic advice and planning, surveys and project management. He has provided expert evidence for court use and has experience of tribunal hearings and mediation.

Tony has a strong technical knowledge base and applies this to a variety of situations to ensure the best advice is given. He was an RICS APC Assessor for 8 years and continues to mentor APC candidates.

Purdey Silvester

Purdey is a Chartered Building Surveyor with 18 years experience and is a Fellow of the RICS. She previously worked for Lambert Smith Hampton in Central London for 12 years where she was a Director heading up a team that focused on estate and asset management work for owners, occupiers and investment funds. Before this she worked at a Local Authority assisting planned and responsive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial, leisure and residential property. The majority of Purdey’s experience remains in both project and professional spheres in all commercial sectors. By remaining engaged in both areas she is well placed to advise on all stages of a property’s lifecycle, both from the perspective of an owner and an occupier.

Purdey has robust communication skills and as a result succeeds in situations that require strong leadership. This, coupled with her ability to understand her client’s core business drivers, leads to regular repeat instructions.

Martin Treacy

Martin has over 28 years experience in the property and construction industry having worked in both Public and Private sectors on Commercial, Retail, Industrial and Custodial property.

He started his career at Centro Property before moving to Drivers Jonas for 3 years and latterly to Lambert Smith Hampton, leaving after 18 years as Director and National Head of Building Consultancy. He traded for a year as an independent before joining forces with Tony and Purdey to form AME LLP.

Martin is a Chartered Building Surveyor with experience of working for both Landlords and tenants providing advice and solution at the beginning, middle and end of the life cycle of a property. His main focus is delivering project services working with Clients who are either demolishing, refurbishing, extending, fitting out or building new facilities.
