AME LLP Partnership
The AME Team

Meet the team

The AME team is made up of three partners, supported by a specialist administrator who’ve worked together for over 20 years. We’re a close-knit team of colleagues, and we’re also good friends.

The four of us met at one of the UK’s largest property consultancy firms, where Martin, Tony and Purdey all held director-level roles. Our shared commitment to provide excellent advice and service made it a natural choice for us to work together when we moved on. These days, we relish the flexibility to choose our projects and work independently of a large firm, but with the resilience and partnership of a small business.

Between us, we have extensive experience across a range of property sectors. We can support you with every aspect of a property’s lifecycle from feasibility investigations and new build projects, through landlord and tenant matters, refurbishment and maintenance works, and on to insurance valuations and legacy planning.

Our RICS chartered status gives clients and contractors the confidence that we’re making our decisions on a fair, unbiased basis. Our understanding of the relevant contract law, cost control and negotiation skills means we’re well placed to manage your contract needs successfully.
