Tony Riley was appointed to act on behalf of the BBC as tenant’s of Bush House. This was occupied as home of the BBC World Service.
- Reviewing the landlord’s claim for terminal dilapidations after occupation for over 70 years. Reviewing historic Licences to Alter and extensive fitting out work of specialist studios and comms equipment.
- Inspecting site and preparing reports on key issues and liabilities. Meeting the landlord surveyor and compiling formal responses to the claim.
- Appointing consultants and coordinating specialist advice on technical matters.
- Close liaison with BBC technical team to review break clause matters, repair and reinstatement liabilities.
- Negotiations with landlord. Handover process management over a 12 month period.
