Purdey Silvester and Tony Riley successfully managed the D&B project works and were directly involved in agreeing and monitoring the incoming tenant’s fit out works on behalf of the client, this involved:
- Redesign and remodel of the existing building to attract new tenants.
- Works being procured quickly to enable new tenants to occupy the premises and generate a new income stream
- Remodelling of the reception and refurbishment of the buildings mechanical and electrical systems to provide for the requirements of the modern office occupier.
- CAT A refurbishment of eight floors of office accommodation to assist in the re-letting of the building.
As a result of the refurbishment works, One Euston Square is now 100% let, maintaining its rent roll and facilitating its refinancing.
